We design and build web-based solution and mobile apps. Our teams are located in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and Cambodia. Mediapark was established in 2010 together with its sister - Civitta.com.

Both companies are employee-owned and together employ 700+ people in 20 different countries. Most of our work is delivered to clients outside of our home markets, in Western Europe, UK, USA and the Middle East.

Now we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Entra Holdings finance team, who will be responsible for managerial accounting of group companies in Lithuania: Civitta, Startup Division, Civitta Foundation, Timebase, Mediapark and its related group companies.

You will:

  • Manage invoices approval system and bank payments;
  • Support mergers and acquisitions;
  • Organise preparation of expenses and submission to support;
  • Provide expenses reimbursement to employees, calculation of (leaving) employees’ balances;
  • Work with internal managerial accounting system Timebase, making sure information is correctly represented (together with Timebase support, i.e. prep of profit share files, expenses checks, etc.);
  • Do oversight of overall company legal accounting and project accounting/reporting;
  • Work with salary calculations and payments;
  • Manage cash flow, bank payments, receivables control and debt recovery;
  • Be responsible preparation and organization of materials for monthly and quarterly Business reviews/Partner meetings (financial reports);
  • Collaborate with the support service center being developed in Ukraine, with Entra Holdings group finance function in Lithuania, and with financial manager in Latvia which forms the same region with Lithuania for company management purposes;
  • Propose and implement the process of improvements in the finance and accounting functions;
  • Make recommendations for more effective management of the company, (cost control measures, flagging of risky projects, etc.);

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, or a last year student is an advantage;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Able to work in team and in cross functional groups internationally;
  • Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in finance and accounting;
  • Excellent understanding of local accounting regulations and international accounting principles would be an advantage.
