We design and build web-based solution and mobile apps. Our teams are located in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and Cambodia. Mediapark was established in 2010 together with its sister - Civitta.com.

Both companies are employee-owned and together employ 700+ people in 20 different countries. Most of our work is delivered to clients outside of our home markets, in Western Europe, UK, USA and the Middle East.

Historically our company relied on recommendations for new work, however lately our website also started to bring new and interesting leads.

Now we want to establish a third channel - a sales team that would proactively seek out new opportunities and convert leads into projects.

You will:

  • Plan sales activities on strategic and operational level;
  • Organize and run sales campaigns internationally;
  • Engage with our support staff who would reach out to potential clients;
  • Support our local teams with advice and coaching on how to close leads;
  • Organize and run internal weekly sales meetings for our project managers;
  • Coordinate with our public tender monitoring team on identifying potential targets;
  • Report to the management and colleagues;
  • Monitor the cost of these activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales / procurement activities (2-3 years);
  • Experience with web / mobile app technologies (2-3 years);
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of web / mobile app project development;
  • Ability to efficiently delegate work to 1-2 people;
  • Ability to plan for short term and long term;
  • Ability to quickly establish a working relationship with new people;
  • Fluency in English.
